Is Expedian Holidays an airline?

No. Expedian Holidays is an independent travel agency operated by . We book flights with airlines on your behalf. Each booking is also governed by the airline's contract of carriage, which we present before you pay.

Is the price you quote really the price I pay?

Yes. The quote includes the base fare, all mandatory taxes and carrier charges, and any Expedian Holidays service fee. Optional extras such as seats and bags are listed separately.

Can I cancel for free after booking?

Most tickets for travel to, from or within the US, booked at least 7 days before departure, can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. We honour this without a service fee.

Who bills my card?

is the merchant of record. Where an airline charges you directly for optional items, we tell you in advance.
